TERMS OF SERVICE

Article 1 (Member)

  1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company.

  2. "Member Information" refers to information regarding a Member's attributes disclosed by the Member to the Company, as well as information such as the history of the Member's transactions.

  3. These Terms apply to all Members and must be observed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Membership Eligibility A customer who agrees to these Terms and applies for membership through the designated application process shall be eligible as a Member upon completion of the designated registration procedures. Registration procedures must be performed by the individual becoming the Member. Registration by proxy shall not be permitted under any circumstances. The Company reserves the right to decline membership applications from individuals whose membership was previously revoked, or from any other individuals deemed inappropriate by the Company.

  2. Entry of Member Information When performing Member registration procedures, please read the instructions carefully and enter all required information accurately in the designated input form. Special symbols, archaic Chinese characters (Old Kanji), Roman numerals, and similar characters cannot be used for Member Information registration. If these characters are registered, the Company will modify them accordingly.

  3. Management of Password (1) Passwords shall be used exclusively by the Member and may not be transferred or leased to any third party.

    (2) Members shall manage their passwords at their own responsibility, such as by changing them regularly to prevent them from becoming known to others.

    (3) Any expression of intent made to the Company using a password shall be deemed to be the expression of intent of the Member, and all payments or other liabilities arising therefrom shall be the sole responsibility of the Member.

  4. Scope of Information Collected The phone number of the user (in the case of smartphone users) or the mobile phone email address of the user (in the case of feature phone users).

  5. Purpose of Use of Collected Information For identity verification and prevention of unauthorized use.

Article 3 (Changes to Registered Information)

  1. If there are any changes to the matters submitted to the Company, such as name or address, the Member shall promptly notify the Company thereof.

  2. The Company shall assume no responsibility for any damages arising from a Member’s failure to register such changes. Furthermore, even if a change has been registered, transactions executed prior to the registration of such change will be processed based on the information prior to the change.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a Member wishes to withdraw from membership, the Member must complete the withdrawal procedures themselves. Membership shall be terminated upon completion of the designated withdrawal procedures.

Article 5 (Loss of Member Status and Liability for Damages)

  1. The Company may revoke a Member’s status if the Member makes a false statement at the time of applying for membership, fails to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or if any other grounds arise that lead the Company to deem the Member unsuitable.

  2. If a Member engages in any of the actions specified in the following items, the Member shall be liable to compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result:

    • (1) Unauthorized use of a Member number or password.

    • (2) Interfering with the Company's business operations, such as by accessing this website to alter information or transmitting harmful computer programs to this website.

    • (3) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company.

    • (4) Engaging in any other acts that violate these Terms.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

  1. In principle, the Company will not disclose Member Information to third parties without the prior consent of the Member. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose Member Information and other customer information without the Member's prior consent:

    • (1) When disclosure is required by laws and regulations.

    • (2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect the rights, interests, reputation, or other assets of the Company.

  2. Member Information shall be managed by the Company in accordance with the Company’s "Personal Information Protection Policy." The Company may use Member Information for the purposes of providing services to Members, improving service content, promoting service utilization, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of the services.

  3. The Company may provide information (including advertisements) to Members via email newsletters or other methods. If a Member does not wish to receive such information, the Company will stop providing it upon receiving notification in accordance with the Company's prescribed method. However, information necessary for the operation of the service cannot be stopped at the Member's request.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts when using the service:

  1. Violating laws, regulations, these Terms, precautions for service usage, precautions for shopping on the service, or any other rules established under these Terms.

  2. Damaging the rights, interests, reputation, or other assets of the Company or any third party.

  3. Engaging in acts that may adversely affect the physical or mental health of juveniles, or acts that are contrary to public order and morals.

  4. Engaging in acts that cause annoyance, inconvenience, or discomfort to other users or third parties.

  5. Entering false information.

  6. Transmitting or posting harmful computer programs, emails, or similar items.

  7. Unauthorized access to the Company’s servers or other computers.

  8. Lending, transferring, or sharing a password with a third party.

  9. Engaging in any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 8 (Interruption and Suspension of Service)

  1. To maintain the service in good working condition, the Company may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice in the event of any of the following:

    • (1) When necessary for routine or emergency system maintenance.

    • (2) When the system experiences heavy traffic load.

    • (3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by third parties, or similar events.

    • (4) When the Company otherwise deems it unavoidably necessary to suspend the system.

Article 9 (Modification and Discontinuation of Service)

The Company may, at its discretion, modify or discontinue all or part of the service at any time without prior notice.

 

Article 10 (Disclaimer of Liability)

  1. The Company shall assume no responsibility for system interruptions, delays, cancellations, loss of data, or damages caused by unauthorized access to data due to failures in communication lines or computers, nor for any other damages incurred by Members regarding the Company's services.

  2. The Company does not warrant that emails or content sent from the Company’s web pages, servers, domains, or similar sources are free of computer viruses or other harmful components.

  3. The Company shall assume no responsibility for any damages incurred by a Member as a result of violating these Terms.

Article 11 (Revision of these Terms)

The Company may arbitrarily revise these Terms and establish supplementary terms to these Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms"). Revisions or supplements to these Terms shall become effective when the revised Terms or Supplementary Terms are posted on the site designated by the Company. In such cases, Members shall comply with the revised Terms and Supplementary Terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms, the District Court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreement court of first instance.

Article 13 (Bonus/Incentive Services)

Members of this service shall be granted benefits and services in the manner determined by the Company.​
