Ophthoagent (Vision Force Inc.) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and strives to protect our customers' privacy by complying with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and this privacy policy.
Definition of Personal Information
This refers to information relating to an individual customer (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") that can identify that individual customer, such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, etc. It also includes information that can identify an individual by combining and matching with other information.
1. The acquisition, use, and provision of personal information and specific personal information will be carried out appropriately in compliance with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other standards regarding the handling of personal information and specific personal information, etc.
2. We will acquire, use, provide, and entrust personal information in an appropriate manner to the extent necessary for the operation of our business. 5. The following guidelines are established regarding the acquisition, use, storage, and disposal of specific personal information, etc.
●Specific personal information, etc. will be acquired only when it corresponds to the purposes of use specified by law, and will be used within the scope of those purposes.
●Specific personal information, etc. will not be used jointly, and will not be provided to third parties except in limited cases permitted by laws and regulations, etc.
When outsourcing operations related to specific personal information, etc. to external parties, we will select and supervise the contractor.
●When there is no longer a need to carry out administrative tasks involving the handling of personal numbers, all specific personal information, etc. that has exceeded the retention period stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations will be disposed of and deleted.
6. In order to protect our customers' privacy, we will establish procedures for handling such information and handle it appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations.
7. We will prevent and correct any unauthorized access to personal information and specific personal information, etc., as well as the loss or damage, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information and specific personal information, etc.
